At Air Liquide Healthcare, we want you to feel as light as air in our garments. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Place the original items with all tags attached into the original shipping packaging to ensure protection during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
